VARIETY
We travel for the ADVENTURES of discovering new places, meeting new people, having new experiences, and to visit family and friends. And, we find getting away (especially to nature) is a great stress reliever. It’s also great peace of mind knowing our trailer is always available for us whenever we feel the need.
OUR WAY & PHILOSOPHY
We travel over land with our 13′ Scamp travel trailer and limit driving to 4 hours a day (and driving no more than 2 consecutive days in a row) to ensure travel is relaxing. On our way to a State or National Park, we often spend several days getting there–staying overnight in family / friends driveways or at a Boondockers Welcome or Harvest Hosts site (e.g. farm winery, etc.).
TRAVEL BY SMALL TRAILER
Overnight access to beautiful State & National Parks, Comfort of one’s own accommodations, Self-contained (bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, shower…), Able to stay overnight on streets and driveways, Make lots of new friends, Inexpensive stay overs, Relaxing & induces happiness.

Taking the plunge and getting a small travel trailer may seem overwhelming and scary. However, it can be incredibly inexpensive, easy to operate, and very rewarding — opening the world to places and people you might never have met otherwise.
